  • Urgent Video/Caricature Invite orders will incur an extra cost of ₹1000.
Terms

Terms and Conditions

  • Payment must be made in full in advance for ready templates. No refunds will be provided.
  • 18% GST will be added to the final cost.
  • Only the text and images in the provided samples will be changed.
  • The content and details provided by the client will be final and cannot be changed once approved.
  • If the client wishes to change the font style/color, background color, there will be an additional cost of ₹499.
  • Only the images provided will be added and cannot be changed repeatedly (photo editing services are not offered and cost ₹499 per image).
  • No video frames will be moved/added or changed, which may incur an extra cost of ₹499 per slide.
  • No additional changes will be made after the HD version is delivered, with additional revisions costing ₹199 for Ecard and ₹499 for video invites per round.
  • Image slides can be removed if the client does not wish to include them.
  • Music can be changed to the client's choice (one song only, with the song link to be provided by the client).
  • Revisions will only be done once after the first draft, with additional charges for changes after finalization.

The final invite will not have a full watermark, but will include the videogiri.com logo on the last slide (removal of the logo costs ₹299).

  • The client will receive two sizes for video invites: HD version via Google Drive link and WhatsApp version.
  • If multiple versions are needed (e.g. separate versions for the bride/groom), the client must pay 50% of the actual template cost.
  • Open files/templates are not shared.
  • Printing material is not offered, only the HD pdf file for printing at a nearby press.
  • Default design size is 1080x1920 or 1080x2280 pixels, but can be changed if specified before ordering.
  • The client's invite/caricatures may be shared or uploaded to the videogiri.com portfolio after the event, but can be denied or removed upon request.
