Exported file opens in Excel, Google Sheets and WPS. Import accepts any CSV with a name column — phone, people, status, group and notes are picked up if they are there.
Once the head count settles, we can turn it into an invitation video or eCard — browse wedding invitations or save the date designs.
How to use it
- Add guests with their family group and head count.
- Update each status as replies come in.
- Export to Excel, or copy the list of pending guests for a WhatsApp reminder.
Frequently asked questions
Is my guest list stored on your servers?
No. It is saved only in your own browser. Clearing your browser data removes it, so export a copy for safety.
Can I open the list in Excel?
Yes. Export gives you a CSV file that opens in Excel, WPS or Google Sheets, and you can import it back.
Can two people edit the same list?
Not at the same time. Export the file and share it, then one person keeps the master copy.
