At Videogiri, we provide digital invitations with exceptional quality and customization options. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
🚚 Delivery Time
- JPG/PDF Ecard: Delivered within 24 working hours ⏳
- Video/GIF and Caricature Ecard/Video Invites: Delivered within 48 working hours 🎥
- Delivery may be delayed during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6:30 PM IST.
- Urgent Orders: Additional ₹1000 for expedited delivery.
💳 Payment Terms
- Full payment is required upfront for ready templates. No refunds are issued.
- 18% GST applies to the final price.
🎨 Customization Rules
- Text and images can only be updated within the provided sample template.
- Font and color modifications will incur an additional fee of ₹499.
- Images must be provided once; repeated image changes are not allowed (photo editing available for ₹499 per image).
🔄 Revisions & Modifications
- Two free revisions are provided after the first draft.
- Additional revisions will cost ₹199 for eCards and ₹499 for Video Invites.
- No changes can be made after the final HD delivery.
📏 Product Specifications
- The final design is provided in JPEG format.
- Source files will not be shared.
- Default size: 1080×1920 or 1080×2280 pixels (adjustments available if requested before production).
- Music Selection: One song allowed, provided by the client.
🎬 Branding & Portfolio Usage
- The final invite includes a small Videogiri.com logo on the last slide (removal fee: ₹299). View Sample
- We may share designs in our online portfolio unless otherwise requested.
📑 Additional Services
- Additional PDFs for multiple event invites: ₹499 per PDF.
- Clickable Smart Cards and PDF conversions: ₹99 per page.
- Separate bride/groom versions: 50% of the original template price.
🛑 Restrictions
- We do not offer printing materials – only digital PDF files.
- Open file templates are not provided.
