- No refunds, returns, or cancellations are permitted once the digital files are delivered.
- If your order has incorrect details or technical issues due to our error, we will make the necessary corrections at no extra cost.
🖋️ Customization Changes
- Text and images can only be updated once within the sample template.
- Additional revisions beyond the initial two will be charged accordingly.
🚚 Delivery Time
- JPEG/PDF eCards: Delivered within 24 working hours.
- Video/GIF/Caricature Invites: Delivered within 48 working hours.
- Delays may occur during peak seasons or unforeseen events.
⚠️ Important Notice
- Spelling errors or incorrect details provided by the client are not eligible for refunds.
