Fixed Pricing: All prices are non-negotiable, as we are already offering up to 50% off on all digital products. We do not entertain any bargaining.

Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable upon final approval of the design.

Customization:
- You are allowed to update text and images based on the provided sample template.
- Font and color modifications are allowed.
- Please note that images can only be submitted once. Multiple changes to images are not permitted.
- Kindly ensure that all provided content, including spelling, is accurate, as we will incorporate it exactly as submitted.

Additional Changes: Any changes beyond the initial scope of the provided template will incur additional charges.

Revisions: You are entitled to two complimentary revisions after the first draft is delivered. Additional revisions following final approval will be subject to additional fees based on the complexity of the changes.

File Formats: The final product will be delivered in JPEG format. Source files will not be provided.

Optional Services:
- PDF conversion and Clickable Smart Card creation are available at ₹99 per page.
- The final design will include a small watermark, “Designed by Videogiri” If you wish to have this watermark removed, a fee of ₹299 will apply.

Refunds and Returns: As we offer digital services, all payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.
